Quality Management System (QMS): Quality Policy

We, at Care Across Ltd, are committed to:

• Comply with regulatory requirements regarding the products under the scope of our operation.
• Establish, implement, and maintain a quality management system which complies with the requirements of the appropriate legislation and standards and continually improve the effectiveness of both the quality management system and the provision of our services and products.
• Set and continually review quality objectives and ensure those objectives are met.  
• Provide all necessary resources and ensure that all responsibilities are determined and communicated throughout the company.
• Provide a friendly working environment, giving each one of the employees the freedom of expression and active participation in the company’s Quality Management System. 
• Ensure all employees are trained in quality documentation so that they can implement the policies and procedures in their work.
• Review the effectiveness of the quality management system and assess opportunities for its continuous improvement.
